ColorSchemer

When designing websites or looking for color inspiration, I have found one of the best places to check is Color Schemer. Although a program to purchase, you can often find good color schemes that other users have uploaded to share…like I’m doing with you right now.

Guy Rules

You’ve probably seen this around the internet but I’m going to post it here as a testament to the truth:
We always hear”the rules”from the female point of view…
Now here are the rules from the male side.
These are our rules!
Please note… these are all numbered “1″ ON PURPOSE!
1. Men ARE NOT mind readers.
1. Learn [...]

Simple PHP Gallery

Pretty cool gallery for your picutres. This software does NOT require a database, is XHTML compliant, and with version 1.1 adds dramatic speed improvements. Head on over to Relatively Absolute and get your copy.

Cool Yahoo! tool

Came upon this over at a Yahoo Search blog.
You can pull up any search result at Yahoo and send it straight to a cell phone. Very impressive…and I’m becoming more impressed with Yahoo the more they keep developing cool stuff (like their new email system).

Notre Dame wish

There is a great inspirational story over at CNNSi where the Notre Dame coach let a dying 10 year old call the teams first play from scrimmage. It’s worth a read.

Flickr Pro

My niece came over tonight and was the main subject of my Canon PowerShot S70. She loved it…and after her dad realized that the 512mb memory card was almost full, it hit me that I really need a place to share these great moments with my family and friends. I then remember my [...]

Idiots among us

Remember my post about the user mail that I received? The guy was/is a total ass. Anyways, I was visiting the WordPress IRC channel today and a helpful individual sent me to a WP resource where I discovered this post over at Asymptomatic.

*fingers crossed*

I’ll post more about things later, as I’m about to [...]

Free Opera

Opera, in celebrating their growth and popularity, has removed all banners and ads within their browser. I’ve read it’s permanent and also it’s only for a “limited time”. Either way, go grab a copy of this great piece of sofware. Its my second favorite browser (but a VERY close second… ;) to [...]

Web-based RSS readers

Ever since RSS has entered into the main stream, I have tried several different applications to house my elite feeds of knowledge. As of now, I use Thunderbird because I spend most of my time there while at work (not that I browse around the ‘net all day…while working…at work). The problem this [...]
