There’s nothing better than a good task management software package. Software that can actually keep your life organized is worth the trouble to learn to use, and as with any “management” type software, you have to actually change how you do things in order to fully utilize the software’s features.
I’ve tried several times to use Kingdesign’s Tasks package but finding a host that meets every single feature requirement was no easy task (pun intended). The past couple of months, I’ve been on different servers, neither of which worked 100% with Tasks.
Enter TextDrive. Not only does everything work (even with PHP5 support), I am also able to shell into my account and get down-and-dirty with Crontab. Ironically, if I had checked this page months ago, I would have made the move over to TXD officially at that point. I suppose it pays to read documentation…no?
