Very good article on exercise and the myth of the “perfect workout”.  I’ve been preaching this for a couple of years now; just 20-30 mins. of exercise here and there will do wonders for your body.  Also, matching your workout to your stress level has huge benefits.  Link.

Excellent FF Plugin

Check out Browster. It’s a plugin for Firefox (and that other crappy browser) that allows you to hover your mouse over any link, on most webpages, to see a preview of what’s there before you click. Kind of like ask.com’s search but more efficient (has a page caching system).
