While I think the officer was a R-tard, I can’t blame him for tasing the driver. The guy shouldn’t have walked back to his car, nor put his hand in his pocket after being told to stay put. Bad move; at that point, it became an officer safety issue.
Here’s a tip: do what the officer says, regardless if you think he/she is being a douche. You can always sue later. Link.
